My name is Jake, a Michigan native who’s living in Phoenix. I’ve created this blog as a way to keep in touch with people that I do not talk to enough.
No offense to anyone reading, I’m just not great at maintaining communication over long distance. Obviously there’s people who I get on well with and chat to on the near daily, but there’s many friends who aren’t in this category.
Anyways, I’ve created this blog to host my ramblings about food, music, sports, and whatever else comes to mind. I hope you enjoy reading and look forward to each opportunity that I get to share with you all.
P.S. – Jake / Jacob is quite the common name. As I grew up, I was eventually dubbed “Berts” by some of my friends. Hence berrttss.com (berts.com was taken).
